The E39 Racing Fork is the next step for TECH Suspension’s proven E39 platform. Kashima Coat® on the uppers and DLC (Diamond-like carbon coating) on the stanchions cut friction where it matters, so the fork responds sooner and moves more smoothly.
New tool-free preload and rebound adjusters let you tune at the track or on the trail, without tools. It’s a direct upgrade over OEM forks on lightweight E-motos.
A smoother, more sensitive stroke that lasts. Kashima Coat® is a hard anodized coating applied to the uppers to reduce friction and increase durability.
Less friction where the seals work, and better durability. Diamond-like carbon coating gives the stanchions a hard, durable surface that reduces friction by ~35%.
Tune your setup at the track or on the trail, no tools needed. Preload and rebound adjust by hand, so set-up takes seconds and ensures the fork is working in the correct part of its travel.

The ER34 Racing fits a new 34mm piston inside the same external dimensions as the ER30 E-Moto Shock. That’s 28% more piston face area, which lowers internal oil pressure and keeps damping consistent. A larger shim stack diameter gives finer tuning control.
The Kashima Coat body and DLC-treated shaft deliver smoother travel and increased durability. The Compression Tuning System (CTS) puts tuning expertise into the hands of riders via easily interchangeable valves.
More consistent damping, even when the ride gets rough. The 34mm piston has 28% more face area than the ER30, which lowers internal oil pressure and gives finer shim stack tuning.
A smooth stroke that holds up. Low-friction coatings on the body and shaft reduce friction, help maintain lower operating temperatures and increase durability.
A set of easily interchangeable valves that let riders fine-tune compression damping to match their riding style. Simply remove the shock from the bike, release the pressure from the reservoir, and swap out the CTS valve.
